Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy

We offer a return facility within 7 days from the date of delivery. Customers can request a return only if:

• The product is unused and unwashed.
• The product is in original condition.
• Tags, packaging, and invoice are available.
• Return request is made within 7 days with Order ID and product images.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for customized product unless:

• The product is damaged on delivery
• Wrong product/design/color is delivered
• Manufacturing defect is found
• Returns will not be accepted for customer preference or change of mind due to product is customized.

Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
